For all those who are missing Joint-Weapons and Medpack in DFX, there´s a MOD fixing this. Riscfree to install, in an copied DFX-folder. OZBG is running a 24/7 Mod-Server where you can test it. Be aware of OZBG beeing an Australian Server, so Europeans will have a bad ping.

There´s also a multiplayer version of the Deep Jungle MOD.
Though it´s 250MB, it´s our absolute favourite and mappers delight. Have a look at the pictures in our gallery.
